nylon division was established in 1974, producing nylon products including chips and filaments from caprolactam, supply taiwan domestic and foreign weaving, clothing and industrial market needs. production capacity is 4,650 tons of nylon chips and 5,300 tons of filaments per month. the establishment time of each production plant:
1971 changhua plant (changhua, taiwan)
1986 xingang plant (chiayi, taiwan)
2011 renze plant (vietnam)
nylon products are used in a wide range of applications. nylon filament applied for weaving, clothing, tire cord, fishing net, conveyor belt, etc. nylon chip applied for producing nylon filament, automobile parts, electronic parts, food packaging wrap, and excise-equipments, etc.
nylon division is awarded sgs iso-9001 quality system certification, we continually improve our production technology and lower the cost to provide consistent, high-quality products with reasonable price to our customers. we have extremely flexible production lines arrangement, and also develop functional, high value-added products for market demand, such as cooling filament, dope dyed filament and recycled material filament.
